Prior to establishing a capacity kitchen at Santa Cruz airport in mid 60, flights were catered from Down Town hotel .
Mid 80’s saw the emergence of Sahar Airport for International operations thus came in the present catering unit in 1988 and fully operational in Dec 1990, thus closing down the old kitchen at Santa Cruz.
The unit is situated just 1 km from International Ramp and 3 km from domestic ramp wit built up area of 250000 sq ft area covering ground area of 1.67 hectors having production capacity of 30,000 meals per day.
Ambassador has been associated with both International and Domestic airlines like Lufthansa, Swiss International, Saudia , Air India , Kenya , Jet lite, Indian Airlines to name few.
